The Full Program - Individual

The job search is rarely a straight line. Our program is designed for the whole arc of it — from getting started with clarity to staying in motion when the process gets hard.

Who: Just you and your coach(es)

How long: 12 weeks total - four structured, eight responsive

Cost: $2,800

Phase One: Foundation

Weeks 1-4

Sequential and cumulative. Each session builds directly on the last.

Week 1: Self-knowledge & direction. You take inventory: what energizes you, what you're good at, what matters to you. From that, you build career hypotheses — not final answers, but informed starting points worth testing against the real world.

Week 2: Your value proposition. You develop clear, confident language for who you are and what you bring. You'll learn to adapt it for an informational interview, a networking event, and the opening of an interview — so it feels natural, not rehearsed.

Week 3: Personal brand. Resume, LinkedIn, cover letters — aligned and authentic. Learn how to use AI tools without losing your own voice in the process. The goal is making sure how you present yourself in writing reflects how you actually think and work, in language employers recognize.

Week 4: Networking & job search strategy. You build a system. Learn how to initiate and sustain networking relationships. Where to look for jobs. How to apply intentionally. How to follow up without feeling awkward. You are equipped with scripts, tools, and a plan.

Phase 2: Momentum

Weeks 5-12

Once the foundation is in place, four bi-weekly sessions are shaped together based on where you are in your search and what's coming up for you. Common territory includes:

  • Interview preparation and storytelling practice

  • Building and sustaining momentum when things get hard

  • Thinking through an offer or a negotiation

  • Managing the transition once you've landed somewhere

You also have access to your coach(es) for 2 additional hours to be used for things like spot check-ins and individual interview strategy and prep. The pace adapts. The accountability is constant.

What you leave with

  • A clear sense of direction and the language to communicate it.

  • A personal brand that reflects who you actually are.

  • A job search strategy you can execute and adjust.

  • And the confidence, habits, and momentum to go get it.
